Wind Blown Wishes- Giveaway CLOSED

I had the pleasure of getting to know Tarah, from Wind Blown Wishes, when she placed a custom order from my shop. I made this detailed papercut for her. She puts so much thought and meaning into everything she creates. Her shop name has a sweet meaning behind it also. It is how her nursery is decorated. Dandelions are blowing wishes of joy, health, love, etc, into the wind for her baby. Her jewelry pieces are also so precious and meaningful and made with sterling silver and freshwater pearls.
